This position works closely with leadership regarding strategic planning, program development, continuous quality improvement and financial/budget reporting and monitoring. Responsible for supervising and coordinating staff and activities to ensure optimum patient service. Responsible for workflow optimization, performance, regulatory compliance, and the overall supervision of assigned area(s) operations to achieve exceptional care, superb service, and maximal physician/staff productivity.
