Join our growing Pediatric ICU team at Logan Health Children's in Kalispell, Montana! If you have at least 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience, you may qualify for a generous sign-on and relocation package. This role primarily serves our PICU but also provides support across the Pediatric services at Logan Health Children’s, offering a unique opportunity to care for a wide range of young patients in a collaborative environment. Requirements
- Current Montana RN license or compact license required
- Minimum 2 years of PICU or similar pediatric critical care experience preferred
- CPR/BLS certification required (additional unit-specific certifications may be needed)
- Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork skills
- Desire to provide care across the pediatric spectrum in a supportive, team-based setting
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-acuity, family-centered care in our dedicated PICU
- Provide additional support to the broader Pediatric team as needed
- Partner with providers and care teams to ensure safe, effective treatment
- Use critical thinking, clinical judgment, and clear communication to advocate for young patients
- Contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence
