Responsible for managing and operationalizing performance improvement related projects throughout the Christiana Care Health System under the direction of the Patient Experience leadership. The Program Manager will be the facilitator, analyst, and consultant, assisting and guiding the support teams to redesign and improve processes, behaviors, and outcomes. Develops project plans and timelines, bringing together resources as needed. Works with many functional areas throughout Christiana Care.
