About The Position

Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) The Springs at Lancaster Village Schedule: 1 day per week, schedule to be discussed based on your availability Welcome to the next generation in senior living—The Springs Living. The Springs at Lancaster Village is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical support to the Director of Health Services and the broader Health Services team. This role is designed to offer additional nursing coverage and expertise in an assisted living setting , with a predictable schedule of one day per week .

Requirements

• Current Oregon RN license
• Experience in assisted living or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
• Collaborative, flexible, and supportive approach
• Ability to work independently while partnering closely with leadership

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Health Services with clinical oversight and nursing tasks
• Assist with resident assessments, care coordination, and follow-up
• Provide professional nursing care and guidance in an assisted living environment
• Serve as a clinical resource for caregivers and medication staff
• Support compliance with state regulations and The Springs Living standards
• Collaborate with community leadership to ensure high-quality resident care
