Requirements

RN License
Minimum 2 years working with mentally ill population
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history

Responsibilities

Works as part of a multi-disciplinary PACT team
Provides community-based treatment and skills training to persons with serious mental illness
Responsible for providing medication services, coordinating medical care, and providing case management
