About The Position

Our BAYADA Pediatric and Adult Nursing Offices are interested in a Registered Nurse (RN) who has a passion for infant/pediatric/adult care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We have multiple overnight shifts to choose from! We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. BAYADA prides itself on providing an excellent onboarding and training experience from Day 1. Our Clinical Managers and office staff are always available for support and check in regularly with our nurses for extra layers of support. This role involves one-to-one client care, building client relationships, and watching their milestones, with no weekend requirements. Client age ranges from infant to adult.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities

Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
Report any changes in the client's condition to the Clinical Manager and physician
Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
