About The Position
Position Summary: This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
Requirements
- All External Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and the knowledge necessary to obtain RN license in the state of California
- Current CA RN license
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
- Minimum one-year acute care Operating Room (OR) experience required
- Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
- Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
