About The Position

We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)! As an LPN/RN with Touchmark, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents in our Assisted Living communities receive the highest level of dignity and care. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will: Possess a current LPN or RN license Possess or willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans for each resident Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality Willingness to support the care team on the floors Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
Requirements
- Possess a current LPN or RN license
- Possess or willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
