Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village is Bend's leading full-service, award-winning senior living community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services, and amenities. We are currently seeking the right individual to join our team as a Full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.

As a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with Touchmark, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring our residents receive the highest level of dignity and care. This position is a full-time day shift and has no overnights or after hours on call. However, you must be available and willing to work one weekend shift and holidays as needed/scheduled.

Requirements

• Possess a current RN/LPN license in the state of Oregon
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
• Have attention to detail and clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
• Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses and clinical staff
• Must exemplify the Touchmark values of Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity and Compassion
• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• Ability to process care plans and other required documents in an efficient timeframe

Nice To Haves

• 3-5 years of experience working in geriatric care is preferred

Responsibilities

• design and implement care plans for each resident
• Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions
