The supervisor will lead process improvement initiatives, provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to ensure quality and meet scheduling needs for a 24/7 Call Center operation, and may work as a staff nurse as needed. Additionally, the role involves data analysis and productivity reporting to support ongoing staff education, training, annual evaluations, and department staffing.
