Job Summary: Location: Methodist Fremont Health Address: 450 E 23rd St. - Fremont, NE Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. No nights, holidays, or weekends. Would primarily serve as the Lung Cancer Clinic, Incidental Nodule & Lung Screening program navigator. Would also help support Hereditary Risk Clinic, Head and Neck Surgical Oncology, and Radiation Oncology as needed. Responsible to manage Oncology patients and service across the continuum of health care services through collaboration with care givers, patients, and their family members, physicians and other health professionals to overcome healthcare system barriers. Coordinates Oncology services to ensure achievement of patient outcomes in a timely manner, and enhances care giver, physicians, patient and family satisfaction across the continuum of health care services. Promotes evidenced based medical practice of the patient population throughout the health care system. Provides supervision of staff and patients involved in clinical oncology protocols/trials.
