About The Position

Requirements
- RN license (AZ or compact state)
- CPR & First Aid certification
- AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Passion for working with seniors, especially in memory care
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Med Techs & Resident Assistants in daily care and activities
- Oversee medication administration, treatments, and care plans
- Provide hands-on nursing care and ensure top-quality service for residents
- Train and mentor staff to deliver confident, compassionate care
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance programs and resident outcomes
- Assist with admissions, assessments, and family communication
- Keep documentation, schedules, and care plans organized and up to date
- Be a key part of a positive, team-driven, hospitality-focused culture
