Requirements

  • PN license (AZ or compact state)
  • CPR & First Aid certification
  • AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Passion for working with seniors, especially in memory care
  • Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in long-term care (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Med Techs & Resident Assistants in daily care and activities
  • Oversee medication administration, treatments, and care plans
  • Provide hands-on nursing care and ensure top-quality service for residents
  • Train and mentor staff to deliver confident, compassionate care
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance programs and resident outcomes
  • Assist with admissions, assessments, and family communication
  • Keep documentation, schedules, and care plans organized and up to date
  • Be a key part of a positive, team-driven, hospitality-focused culture
