Medical Specialties is a 55-bed unit divided into east and west wings. We deliver exceptional medical and nursing care to a varied patient population, ranging from young adults (18+) to the elderly. Our unit primarily admits patients with acute episodes or chronic conditions that do not necessitate a more specialized unit. We treat a wide array of illnesses, including pneumonia, sepsis, gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, cellulitis, infectious diseases, mental status changes, and substance withdrawal. This unit is an excellent place to work, offering exposure to a broad spectrum of illnesses and a varied patient demographic.
