This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a 30-bed medical-surgical Pulmonary unit with an 8-bed progressive care unit. Nurses on this unit care for patients with complex diagnoses such as pneumonia, COPD, congestive heart failure, and pulmonary embolism, managing advanced therapies including oxygen support, mechanical ventilation, and cardiac monitoring for both acute and progressive level care. The RN will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and support recovery through education, clinical expertise, and collaboration. The role involves utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care. This opportunity is open to both newly graduated RNs and experienced RNs, offering a chance to work independently and collaboratively within a team of motivated professionals.
