Requirements

• Active NYS RN Licensure
• BLS & ACLS (AHA or RQI only)
• NIHSS Certification
• Minimum 1 year Med/Surg RN experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care using sound clinical judgment
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized, culturally competent plans of care
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to drive optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families for successful recovery beyond hospitalization
• Advocate for patient safety, rights, and comfort in a Healing Environment
• Administer medications and clinical interventions with precision and accountability
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
• Build meaningful, trusting relationships with patients and families through presence, empathy, and communication
