The Registered Nurse position at Cooley Dickinson Hospital is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN is expected to direct and coordinate all nursing care for patients in accordance with established clinical nursing practice standards and to collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. This role is part of the Massachusetts Nurses Association Bargaining Unit at Cooley Dickinson Hospital.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
Registered Nurse [RN - Massachusetts] license
Basic Life Support [BLS] certification
Demonstrated excellent technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred
Med/Surg experience preferred

Responsibilities
