Requirements
- Graduate of accredited professional nursing education program.
- Registered Nurse Licensed by the state of Minnesota.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Provide a comprehensive assessment of a patient through the collection, analysis, and synthesis of data used to establish a health status baseline and plan of care, and address changes in a patient's condition.
- Collaborate with the health care team to develop and coordinate a plan of care.
- Develop nursing interventions for the patient’s plan of care.
- Implement interventions that are delegated, ordered, or prescribed by a licensed health care provider.
- Delegate nursing tasks or assign nursing activities to implement the plan of care.
- Providing safe and effective nursing care.
- Assess & Plan: Conduct thorough patient assessments to establish health baselines and develop comprehensive care plans, adapting as conditions change.
- Collaborate: Partner with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
- Intervene: Implement nursing interventions as directed by licensed healthcare providers.
- Delegate: Strategically assign nursing tasks and activities.
- Ensure Safety: Provide safe and effective nursing care at all times.
