Position Summary We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Marketer to join our team and play a dual role in referral management and patient intake . This unique position combines clinical expertise with relationship-building skills to ensure timely onboarding of new clients while strengthening partnerships with referral sources. Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Utah.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in home health, personal care, or case management preferred.
  • Marketing or referral development experience is a plus (but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming referrals from hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), case managers, and other partners.
  • Perform patient intakes and Start of Care (SOC) assessments, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and agency standards.
  • Coordinate care initiation promptly to reduce delays and improve patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate referral and intake trackers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources through regular communication and check-ins.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and assist with marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between referral sources, patients, and internal care teams.
