Job Summary: The MAP Trainer will design, deliver, assess, and continually improve the Medication Administration Program for staff, volunteers, and interns. The trainer will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. This role combines instructional design, hands-on assessment, coaching, and performance measurement to ensure safe and accurate medication administration across all program services.
