Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing (BSN) within 2 years of hire or transfer into positions required
• 3 years of experience in post-acute care (home health, hospice, or skilled nursing) required
• Demonstrated experience working with CMS quality programs, including MDS, OASIS, Payroll Based Journal, Quality Measures, and the CMS Five Start Quality Rating System required
• Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare required
• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred

Responsibilities

• The Manager of Quality for Post-Acute Services oversees quality, performance improvement, and regulatory readiness across home health, skilled nursing, and the behavioral health center.
• This role ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, drives clinical excellence, and supports interdisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Ensures work product of all departments meets regulatory compliance and outcomes set by the annual Quality Plan and Business Plan.
