RN Manager- Memory Care
About The Position
We currently have an opportunity for an RN Manager to join our team in our skilled nursing facility memory care unit. Our RN managers are responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. This role includes supervising nursing staff, coordinating resident care plans, monitoring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering effective communication among interdisciplinary team members. The RN Nurse Manager also provides clinical guidance, supports staff development through training and mentorship, manages staffing and scheduling needs, and collaborates with leadership to maintain a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment for residents and their families.
Requirements
- active RN license in the State of Florida
- minimum of five years of nursing experience
- at least three years in a supervisory role
