Wilson Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility(SMHRF) in Chicago's North Side, has an opening for a PRN Nurse, LPN or RN Must have nursing experience, preferably in a Mental Health Setting. Requirements
- Licensed in the State of Illinois
- Nursing experience in a Long-Term Care facility, preferably a Mental Health faciity
- Able to work independently
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for adults with psychiatric disorders
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the coordination and delivery of psychiatric patient care and the application of the nursing process
- Administer medication and maintain narcotics report (RN)
- Supervise and lead RSAs and ensure the shift is fully staffed
