Each year, Children’s Hospital cares for children from all 64 parishes in Louisiana, from across the Gulf South, and beyond Essential Functions: The RN and LPN Clinic provides appropriate medical care and counseling to the patient in an appropriate manner. Provides support to the medical provider and provides delivery of care under stable and predictable conditions within the framework of the patient care assignment.

Requirements

• Licensure- Valid license or temporary permit to practice professional nursing in Louisiana (Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse).
• Certifications/licenses- BLS through the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• The RN and LPN Clinic provides appropriate medical care and counseling to the patient in an appropriate manner.
• Provides support to the medical provider and provides delivery of care under stable and predictable conditions within the framework of the patient care assignment.
