Skilled Nursing - RN Lead
About The Position
The Lead Registered Nurse (RN) functions as the clinical leader and shift nursing leader within the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), providing both direct resident care and oversight of nursing operations for long‑term care and short-stay rehabilitation residents. This role ensures high‑quality, resident‑centered care through effective clinical leadership, coordination of interdisciplinary services, supervision of nursing staff, and adherence to state and federal regulatory requirements. The Lead RN serves as a clinical resource, supports staffing and workflow management, and promotes a culture of safety, accountability, and professional nursing practice.
Requirements
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in good standing.
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional nursing experience; SNF or post‑acute care experience strongly preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
