RN Hospital Lead Case Manager East Orlando, Florida The Lead Case Manager supports the Care Management Operations and Senior Manager in overseeing Care Management staff, ensuring quality patient care, efficient resource use, and compliance with hospital guidelines. The Lead Case Manager is responsible for staffing, training, mentoring, and facilitating team workflows. The Lead Case Manager demonstrates critical thinking and creativity, supports change initiatives, and escalates issues to supervisors in the absence of managers. Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with acute hospital nursing experience required Bachelor’s Degree required Prior hospital experience in Care/Utilization Management in an Acute Hospital Setting required Bachelor's or Master’s in Nursing (BSN/MSN) preferred Certification in Case Management (CCM/ACM) preferred
