About The Position

IVFMD - Jupiter is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - IVF Coordinator. We seek to fill this role with a nurse who will provide excellent and compassionate clinical patient care based upon the nursing process; being effectively involved with maintaining the standard of care for assigned patients through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. What you'll be doing: Communicate with patients about medications, treatment plans, and test results. Assist in ovulation induction, egg freezing, sperm analysis, IVF, and egg donation. Perform exams, procedures, occasional phlebotomy, and administer medications. Educate patients on treatment protocols and infertility procedures. Act as a liaison between the physician and the patient. Support retrievals, transfers, and pre/post-operative care. Accurately relay lab results and maintain patient records. Coordinate case management and schedule treatments. Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families. Ensure regular attendance and handle additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Graduate of accredited nursing program.
Valid state license; board certified RN is required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certificate.
Prior experience in IVF preferred.
2 years surgical experience preferred (pre-op, circulation, PACU)
Weekend and holiday rotation is required.
