The RN, Registered Nurse 12-Hr provides safe, cost-effective patient care through the health experience, according to established standards utilizing the nursing process, within the scope of practice of Registered Nursing, for Miller Children's Hospital. Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job: Safety and risk management. 5% Assesses patients. 15% Develops a written plan of care using assessment database. 15% Implements patient care. 15% Evaluates and revises patient care. 15% Staff Development. 5% Collaboration and Working with Others 5% Interpersonal relationships and communication. 5% Unit, department, and hospital contributions. 5% Performance appraisal. 5% Working responsibilities. 5% Customer Service 5% Skills Roster. 5% Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications.
