About The Position

Under the general direction of the Supervisor/Manager of Clinic Operations with clinical oversight from the Director of Clinical Operations, RN, provides individualized assistance to patients, families, and caregivers to overcome barriers within the healthcare system and facilitate access to all of the resources available to patients; Acts as a link between patients and care providers to facilitate clinical and supportive care services; Facilitates patient appointments for collaborative and multi-disciplinary care teams; and serves as a single point of contact among referring physicians, patients, and other clinical caregivers for the purpose of empowering patients in dealing with the disease and the treatment. Requirements

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire or, National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
