The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) is a versatile and highly skilled healthcare professional responsible for providing comprehensive medical and surgical care to adult patients in various units within the organization. The RN requires adaptability, expertise, and a strong commitment to delivering the best care to patients facing a variety of medical and surgical conditions. As a nurse in our float pool, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care during their hospital stay. With passionate and driven leadership behind them, our nurses can dedicate themselves to patient safety, clinical excellence, and life-long learning.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Nursing required. Applicants with an associate degree must enroll in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years.
  • Active Maryland or Compact RN license required.
  • BLS CPR certification required.
  • The ideal candidate will possess at least six months of experience as a licensed Registered nurse, and is proficient in Registered Nurse 1 competencies.
  • Authorization to Work in the United States: Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position.
