You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple Adult Intensive Care Units (ICUs), including Medical, Surgical, Cardiovascular, Neuro, Cardiac, and Oncology-focused ICUs — gaining exposure to diverse patient populations while enhancing your critical care expertise. This position requires adaptability, clinical expertise, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in patient care. The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) is a versatile and highly skilled healthcare professional responsible for providing comprehensive medical and surgical care to adult patients in various units within the organization. Requirements

  • Associate degree in Nursing required. Applicants with an associate degree must enroll in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years.
  • Active Maryland or Compact RN license required.
  • BLS CPR certification required.
  • RN experience required.
