Job Summary and Responsibilities Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health - Part-Time Southeastern Home Care is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a rewarding Part-Time Home Health opportunity. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program; must hold an active RN license in the state served.
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health preferred).
  • Strong critical thinking, clinical expertise, case management, and a passion for patient care.
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Develop and adjust individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Supervise your own caseload, nurturing the growth and development of LPNs, LVNs, and Home Health Aides, to facilitate and cultivate a team of caregivers.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Maintain thorough documentation to meet regulatory and operational standards.
  • Utilize the latest technology and best practices to enhance patient care.
