Join Our Team We’re hiring a full-time/part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for both North Side/West side areas. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll deliver 1:1 patient care in the home setting. You’ll conduct accurate OASIS data collection, maintain up-to-date medication profiles, and ensure timely reporting of lab results to physicians. This role demands precise, thorough documentation aligned with each patient's care plan and nursing processes. Why MD Home Health? Qualifications Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona At least 1 year of home health nursing experience Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities Knowledgeable in health and safety standards and compliance Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, BLS CPR card, and current TB skin test or chest X-ray Physically capable of standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and transferring up to 50 pounds

Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona
  • At least 1 year of home health nursing experience
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Knowledgeable in health and safety standards and compliance
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, BLS CPR card, and current TB skin test or chest X-ray
  • Physically capable of standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and transferring up to 50 pounds
