About The Position
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a per diem basis for home health care services in Twinsburg. The RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and ensuring the health and safety of patients in their homes. Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio
- CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient needs
- Ability to work effectively in a home setting and maintain patient confidentiality
- Willingness to travel to patient homes within the Twinsburg area
Nice To Haves
- 1 yr experience in home health care preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
