We are seeking a professional and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Charlotte area team. This role focuses on performing client assessments, supervisory visits, and caregiver evaluations to ensure our clients receive exceptional care and support. Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of North Carolina (required)
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
  • Comfortable using GPS and electronic documentation tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home care, community health, or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments to develop and update personalized care plans
  • Perform supervisory visits to monitor client condition, satisfaction and caregiver performance
  • Evaluate and coach home care aides during field visits to ensure quality standards are met
  • Communicate regularly with caregivers, clients, families, and office staff
  • Complete accurate, timely documentation of all visits and communications
  • Organize and manage daily field visits using GPS and scheduling tools
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and agency care standards
