About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for flexible pediatric home care roles in Ocean County, working with clients ranging from infants to young adults. The position offers one-on-one care in the comfort of clients' homes, with comprehensive training and ongoing support provided for both new and experienced pediatric nurses. Nurses can choose their preferred age group and acuity level, from basic assistance like school support and seizure precautions to complex care involving feeding tubes, tracheostomy, and ventilator management. Requirements
- Current nursing license in good standing.
- Graduation from accredited and approved nursing programs, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to pediatric clients ranging from infants to young adults in their homes.
- Offer basic 1:1 assistance in school and manage seizure precautions.
- Provide complex care, including managing feeding tubes, tracheostomy, and ventilator.
