RN First Assistant - Operating Room Days Per Diem
About The Position
This Per diem RN First Assistant position is located in the Operating Room at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center, CA, working 8-hour Day shifts. The role involves assisting the primary surgeon pre, intra, and post-operatively with organized instruction and supervised practice, and acting in the absence of a qualified physician. Requirements
- Successful completion of a course in RN First Assisting
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
- 3 years experience in peri-operative nursing practice as both scrub and circulator
