About The Position
Winchester Hospital, a 5x Magnet designated and Top Massachusetts recognized 223-bed regional hospital, is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Endoscopy Team. This role is part of Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH), an integrated health system established in 2019, dedicated to providing seamless care and advancing science. Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Nice To Haves
- BSN strongly encouraged
- Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
- Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes
