About The Position
Winchester Hospital, a 5x Magnet designated and Top Massachusetts recognized 223-bed regional hospital, is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Endoscopy Team. Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Nice To Haves
- BSN strongly encouraged
- Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
- Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes
