About The Position
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, provides numerous health services to employees. These services include assessment, counseling, evaluation, and documentation.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in nursing
- 1 year of relevant experience.
- Requires a minimum one year of clinical experience in employee/occupational health or case management in an acute care environment.
- LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) – State of Michigan Upon Hire
