The RN Educator III collaborates with leadership and the Office of Professional Practice to develop and implement nursing professional development programs across UofL Health. This role supports high standards of quality and safety in patient care and nursing practice, aiming for improved patient outcomes. The educator ensures that professional development programs are facilitated by appropriately prepared educational professionals using evidence-based best practices and technology to meet the needs of nursing staff and interdisciplinary partners, aligning with organizational, facility, and Office of Professional Practice strategic goals. The employee actively participates in quality improvement (QI), evidence-based practice (EBP), and nursing research processes across the system, serving as a professional role model for the organization's core behaviors, standards, values, and missions.
