Requirements
- Bachelor?s degree in Nursing.
- Two (2) years of Operating Room nursing experience.
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
- BLS certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced certification in field of specialty (AORN).
- Demonstrated clinical competency.
Responsibilities
- Serves as clinical expert providing education, research, coaching, direct care, consultation, leadership collaboration and ethical decision making for patients and nursing.
- Serves as a change agent and promotes quality through the utilization of nursing expertise.
- Provides clinical care as needed when census demands.
- Communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leader(s) as needed.
