About The Position

Riley Hospital for Children is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN Educator to help support the Operating Rooms at Riley Hospital for Children. This role works weekdays, day shift. Your efforts will foster a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence across the organization.

Requirements

Requires 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience.
Bachelor's degree required.
Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
Requires current organizational-specified CPR, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certifications.
Requires knowledge of adult learning principles, regulatory requirements, and educational program management.
Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and software applications.
May require the ability to travel to within state of Indiana.
