About The Position

Lead multi-unit clinical operations across L&D, NICU, and Mother-Baby to ensure seamless, high-quality care transitions for every growing family. Drive strategic growth initiatives within high-risk OB and Level II NICU environments, expanding our capacity to serve the community’s most vulnerable patients. Cultivate a high-performing nursing team by overseeing recruitment, mentorship, and professional development to ensure a supportive and clinically expert work environment. Champion fiscal health by managing departmental budgets and resource allocation, ensuring our teams have the tools they need to provide exceptional patient outcomes. Ensure continuous clinical readiness by directing internal audits and quality checks, maintaining a standard of care that exceeds regulatory and ethical benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
  • 5 years of experience required.
  • 2 years of leadership or management experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.
  • 10 years of experience preferred.
  • 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Masters of Nursing or Health Administration preferred.
  • Current board certification or specialty certification in a relevant area such as NICU (e.g., RNC-OB, RNC-NIC, or NEA-BC).
  • Demonstrated track record of managing high-acuity maternal-child health units (OB/L&D or NICU).
