About The Position
This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the growing Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) team in the Critical Care Center. The Critical Care Center is a 13-bed unit providing 24-hour intensivist coverage for adult and geriatric patients with medical and/or surgical issues. The role involves making a difference in people's lives within a healthcare organization that prioritizes patient and colleague care. Requirements
- Current Mass RN license
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certification required
- At least 6 months-1 year recent (within the last 12months) critical care experience required
- Ability to demonstrate competency in core critical care skills: ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, post STEMI care
- Evidence of relevant continuing education
- Vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment
