Requirements

• Active RN license
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organization and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Minimum of two years Orthopedic or surgical experience required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical and non-clinical care for orthopedic patients
• Support surgeons with patient flow, communication, and care coordination
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for patients and families
• Travel between sites (up to one hour) to support care delivery
