We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Patient Services department in a full‑time, 12‑hour day shift role. About the Role As a Patient Services Intake RN , you will play a vital role in supporting individuals seeking behavioral health services. You will be responsible for screening, assessing, and prioritizing patients based on clinical need to ensure they receive timely and appropriate care. This position is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about helping individuals access the behavioral health support they need. New graduates are welcome to apply. Schedule Full-time, 12-hour day shifts Thursday-Saturday, 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Requirements

Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical
Must be eligible for a fingerprint clearance card

Responsibilities

Conduct clinical screenings and assessments to determine patient needs and level of care.
Prioritize patients by illness severity and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop appropriate care plans.
Ensure individuals are referred to the most suitable internal or external services and resources.
Review referral packets from emergency departments, crisis teams, and private practices to verify medical necessity and ensure compliance with admission criteria.
Work closely with psychiatrists, medical staff, and the A/R department to ensure smooth, efficient admissions processes.
Apply the Admission Criteria and Medical Necessity guidelines to all evaluations.
