About The Position

Description

Review and sign off on resident assessments and service plans to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in the delivery of quality care.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in assisted living or memory care settings.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to assisted living.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
