About The Position
We are seeking an RN Clinical Operations Manager to join our expanding clinical team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, detail-oriented individual with a commitment to patient care, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
- Current NC license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- 3-5 years nursing experience
Nice To Haves
- 1-2 years management experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Day to day clinical operations for 16 providers and associated clinical support staff
- Oversee staffing and scheduling
- Standardize clinical policies and procedures
- Responsible for clinical staff training and education
