About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager (RN required) for their Medicare certified Denver North Visits office in Broomfield, CO. This role involves leading field staff to ensure exceptional client service, clinical excellence, and adherence to policies and procedures. Clinical Managers are also responsible for internal case management, and the evaluation and development of field staff. This is a full-time in-office position, with client visits as necessary.

Requirements

An active Colorado or Compact Registered Nurse license
Recent Medicare Certified Home Health Care experience
Comprehensive knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation
Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding
Strong people management and leadership experience highly desired
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Acute, med/surge, and/or sub-acute experience preferred/required

Nice To Haves

Home Health experience preferred
HCHB a plus

Responsibilities

Directing and coordinating the care provided by a multi-disciplinary team of home health care professionals
Processing incoming referrals
Management and mentoring of Clinical Associates and field staff
Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation of field staff
Documentation review, including OASIS and Home Care Home Base (HCHB)
Monitoring quality assurance
Managing staff productivity, and overall case management
